Barbara Ann Shahan passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018, at the age of 72. She was born on May 29, 1946, to Art and Velma Harden in California.
A memorial service for Mrs. Shahan will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Barbara graduated from Velma High School. She was married to Johnny Shahan. He preceded her in death.
She enjoyed cooking and taking care of her home. She loved spending time with her family. Barbara was a member of Cross Timbers Church.
Barbara is survived by her children, Jamie and husband Darrell McLemore of Porum, Johnny and wife Crystal Shahan of Comanche, Brance and wife Rosanna Shahan of Marlow, and Tonie Shahan of Comanche; 6 grandchildren, Dezeray McLemore, Jack McLemore, Natasha Corbell, Katera Shahan, Cameron Wade, and Shalynn Shahan; several great grandchildren; and 2 brothers, Bill and wife Jayna Harden of Duncan and Graig Harden of Georgia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Shahan; parents, Art and Velma Harden; grandsons, Hank McLemore and Tonie Lee Shahan II, and brother, Jim Kirby.
