Billy Griffith Obituary
Billy Dean Griffith was born on December 15, 1961, to Jackson Marshall and Anita LaFerne Smith Griffith in Oklahoma City. He passed away on Wednesday, March 21, at the age of 57.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, March 30, at 2:00 P.M. at the Ray of Hope Church in Comanche, with Scottie Mooney officiating. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Billy graduated from Comanche Public Schools. He was a carpenter by trade building homes. He also worked at the 3B Ranch in Marietta. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and watching NASCAR races. He always looked forward to cooking for family gatherings.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jackson Marshall Griffith; uncle, Herman Griffith; and cousin, Curtis Griffith.
Billy is survived by his wife of 36 years, Kathy; two sons, David Lawson and Justin Griffith; mother, Anita Soto; brothers, Hank Allen and wife Jeannine Griffith, Corey Marshall Griffith and fiance Tami Gutierrez, and Scottie and wife Cheryl Mooney; sisters, Debbie Babb and husband Jim Scott, Darla and husband Todd Vinson, Charlene and husband Spider Moore, and Rhonda Griffith; nephews, Lee Allan and Marshall Dean Griffith; and great nephew, Kameron Griffith.
