Billy Dale Parker, Comanche, was born on February 10, 1956, in Duncan, to Morris Allen and Homa Lee (Duke) Parker. He passed away on Tuesday, May 14, at the age of 63.
A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, at 2:00 P.M. in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with Billy Rowell, pastor at Freedom Biker Church officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Billy graduated from Duncan High School. He proudly served in the United States Army. He married Karen Copeland on April 1, 1974. They had 3 children – Kyle, Destiny and Michael. He was employed by Plaster & Wald Consulting as an oil consultant.
He was a huge fan of John Wayne which resulted in a large collection of memorabilia. He enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles.. Billy was a very good mechanic. His prized possession was K.D., his dog. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his great granddaughter, Presley.
Billy is survived by his wife of 45 years, Karen; his children, Kyle and spouse Barbara Parker and Destiny Parker; grandchildren, Eric Tompkins Jr. and Chelsea Lynn Paxson (both of whom he raised as his own), Hailey Parker, Lacy DeHaven, and Max DeHaven; and great grandchildren, Presley Paxson, Alyvia DeHaven, Jordan Scott, Malaysia Scott, and Katelynn Maroney.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Michael Parker; and grandson, Dillon Kyle Parker.
