Charles Henry Edinger

Charles Henry Edinger, Jr., was born on June 7, 1958, and was taken home to be with our Lord on February 3, 2018, at Duncan Regional Hospital with his only daughter at this side. He was born to Charles Henry Edinger, Sr. and Phylis Irene Quainton in Jackson, Michigan.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, February 10, at 1:30 P.M. in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Rouse officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.

He was a long-time resident of Michigan until he moved to Duncan in 2016. He was a collector of “things” and part of his collection included eagle statues and pictures. He also enjoyed watching profession wrestling on television, fishing, and hearing good gospel preaching.

Charles is survived by his ex-wife, Linda Edinger; his daughter and son-in-law, Emily and David Rouse; 9 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Elizabeth Rouse; and 2 great grandchildren.

Honorary pallbearers are Emily Rouse, David Rouse, Amelia Marshall, Johnny Boykin, Aaliyah Belmarez, Lisa Rouse, and Robert Rouse.
