Doris Bradford Obituary
Doris Ann Bradford, of Marlow, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at the age of 69. She was born on July 1, 1948, in Dennison, Texas, to Ed Hale and Mattie Elizabeth (Harris) Howard.
A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, March 15, at 3:00 P.M. in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with Darrell Blaine, pastor of the Central High Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Doris attended schools in Mangum, Oklahoma, California, and graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in Denver, Colorado. She was married to Donald Lee Bradford and they had one daughter, Page. He preceded her in death in 2017.
She enjoyed raising Quarter Horses, miniature dairy cows and goats. She last worked for Dr. Jeff Hammond at Hammond Veterinary Hospital in Marlow.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, and her parents.
She is survived by her daughter, Page Comstock of Norman; sister, Sue Ellen Howard of Sentinel; aunt, Betty Howard of Sentinel; cousins, Barbara Steele of Fairview, Missouri, and Karen Wheeler of Sentinel; and special friends, Dakota and Daniel Hernandez of Marlow and Karen Reed of Duncan.
