Marcus Otto Law

Marcus Otto Law was born on July 9, 1960, in Mattoon, Illinois, to Robert and Carolyn. He passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 59.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, September 7, at 10:00 A.M. at the Duncan Lake Pavillion with Bubba Clark officiating. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.

Mark graduated from Comanche High School and was employed as an auto and diesel mechanic in the oilfield. He enjoyed working on cars and fishing. He was always fun loving and the "life of the party." He held a record for disk throwing in Illinois. He also enjoyed playing baseball.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Carolyn ; infant son, Mark; infant daughter; and sister, Rebecca Jenkins.

Mark is survived by his children: Casey Stephens of Comanche, Andrew and wife Jessica Law of Slaughterville, Ashley and husband Nick Ramsey of Marlow, Chris and wife Sherry Spain of Colorado, Kim Mabery of North Carolina; 6 grandchildren plus 1 on the way; brothers, Robert and wife Marguerite Law of Comanche, Zane and wife Linda Valentine of Duncan; sisters, Cheryl Law of Holiday, Texas, Angela Jenkins of Florida; and many nephews and nieces.
