Michael Parker Obituary
Michael Jerome Parker, of Comanche, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019, at the age of 41. He was born March 25, 1977, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to Bill and Karen Gayle (Copeland) Parker.
A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, at 10:00 A.M. in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Michael graduated from Duncan High School. He worked for Jones Drilling and Patterson Drilling. He married Tandy Tyree Grimes on April 20, 2018, in Lawton.
He enjoyed playing the guitar and listening to music. Michael was an avid Bible reader. He enjoyed watching OU and Dallas Cowboys football. His favorite movie was "Forrest Gump." He loved his family dearly and his Pointer dog, Ladybird.
Michael is survived by his wife, Tandy; daughter, Hailey Michelle Parker; parents, Bill and Karen Parker; brother, Kyle and wife Barbara Parker; sister, Destiny Parker, nieces, Casey Scott and Chelsea Lynn Paxson; nephew, Eric Keith Tompkins, Jr.; and great nieces, Presley Lynn Paxson and Sophia Scott.
He was preceded by his grandparents, Fred and Frankie Copeland, and Morris and Homa Lee Parker; and nephew, Dillon Kyle Parker.
