Nyla Jean Green was born January 19, 1945, in Salem, Oregon, to Clint and Marija (Polleck) Wright. She passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2019,
at the age of 74.

Nyla graduated from Anderson High School. She married Marvin Green on August 8, 1963, in Reno, Nevada. She was employed as a cook in the public school system in Grandview. She also worked at Gibson. She loved watching high school football and helping with school activities.
Nyla is survived by her husband of 55 years, Marvin; children, Kathy Sampson and Aaron and wife Laura Green; grandchildren, Tyler Sampson, Reagan Sampson, Hailey Sampson, Breanna Sampson, Gabriel Green, and Reese Rhodes; great grandchildren, Cason Sampson, Peytlyn Sampson, Cayden Sampson, Jordan Sampson, Kieran Sampson, Kendrian Sampson, and Maleah Sampson; and brother, Walter Wright of Anderson, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
