Terry Michelle Jones was born on April 16, 1977, in Wichita Falls, Texas to Clifton Eugene Hawkins Jr. and Debra Joyce Milligan Hawkins Lewis. She passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019, at her home in Waurika, Oklahoma. She was 42.

Terry attended Hirschi High School in Wichita Falls. She was employed as a truck driver for A-1 Freeman Moving Group in Tulsa and Allied Van Lines in Lawton. She loved fishing and drawing.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clifton Eugene Hawkins Jr.; paternal grandparents: Clifton Eugene Hawkins Sr., Lois Agnes Boyt-Hawkins; and maternal grandparents: E. H. Fountain and Betty Joyce Erskin-Fountain.
Terry is survived by her mother, Debra Joyce Lewis; stepfather, Larry Don Lewis; brother, Micheal Hawkins, Waurika; and sisters: Debra Gene and husband David Lee Piazza of Rhone, Texas, and Cindy Ann Miller of Madill.
