Werner Leitzbach Obituary
Werner Wilhelm Leitzbach, of Duncan, passed away on his birthday, Saturday, June 15, 2019 at the age of 84. He was born in Germany on June 15, 1935, to Julius and Martha Maria (Van de Pol) Leitzbach.
A memorial service will be scheduled in Arizona at a later date.
Werner graduated from high school in Germany. He and his wife Rahel were married in Wipperfürth, Germany on November 13, 1959. He worked as a bus driver in the public transportation industry.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rahel Ruth (Kuba) Leitzbach; and his parents.
Werner is survived by his children, Liane Williams, Rita Remen, and, Frank Leitzbach. In addition to his children, he is survived by grandchildren: Guido Boardman, Sonja Herman, Carl Keith Chew, Adrian Duane Williams, Monique Dashe Williams, and Cristis Elaine Williams. Great grandchildren: Andre Dennis Barreras Jr., Ajani Elijah Barreras, Hazel Li’Lyanna Barreras, Alyssa Liane Williams, Isabella Herman, Elijah Herman, Lily Mahoney South, Randall Jeremiah South, Lilah Cristis South, James Wayne South, Skye Liane Chew, and Andres Chew. Werner is also survived by one brother, Rolf Leitzbach, of Germany.
