William McDow Obituary
William Lee McDow, Jr. was born on August 19, 1951, in Anniston, Alabama, to William Lee and Frances Louise (Gallahar) McDow. He passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, in Oklahoma City at the age of 67.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
William attended school at Hernando High School in Florida. He was employed in the home construction and repair industry. William married Karen Ann Drury on November 15, 1981, in Saguache, CO. William built houses and was an apprentice electrician. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting. Most of all, he loved his family above anything else.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
William is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Karen. His children Pamela Beshears, Alabama; Troy McDow and wife Charlotte, Florida; Nathan McDow and wife Kristen, Colorado, Carlina Jerome and husband Steven, Colorado, Krystal Herbert, Duncan; and Jacqueline Pope and husband Aaron, Arkansas. William is also survived by grandchildren Teresa, Brent, Dawneille, Kaitlyn, Amber, Alex, Trinity, Lillian, Waylon, Tiffany, and Isabel.
