Ashley D. (Carson) Mullins, 28, of Louisville,KY, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016. She volunteered at the Charity Bingo Hall, raising money for Male High School. She loved baking and being with Samya and Ross. Ashley is survived by her husband, Ross Mullins and their daughter, Samya Mullins; mother, Phyllis Riggs; father, Rob Carson; siblings, Franda (Charles) Back, Joni (Brett) Daniels and Kevin Carson; nieces & nephews, Brianna, Alexis, Wyatt, Aaron, Aubrey, Johnnie, Symphanie, Layla, Payton and family friend, Margie. A celebration of her life will be held 7p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapel in Louisville, KY.
A chapel service will be held Tuesday, July 5th at 1:00 P.M. at Crews Funeral Home in Apache, OK with Ronnie Orf officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Crews Funeral Home.
