Aud Dean Mullins passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born March 29, 1962 in Amarillo, Texas to Clidis Aud and Barbara Ellen (Eagleshield) Mullins.
Viewing will be on Thursday-Friday, March 25-26, 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Crews Funeral Home. A graveside service is scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, at 2:30 in Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Crews Funeral Home-Apache and Oakcrest Cremation Center.
While in school Aud loved to play sports. He played archery, football, and track, but his favorite was dodgeball. He was a member of the Chiricahua-Warm Springs Apache Tribe/Fort Sill. He was an artist that used many different art mediums: clay, hides, paint, sand, snow, wood, paper, stone, and metal, etc. He was proud of his native heritage and people. Aud shared his love for creating art with his daughters and told them to always be proud of who you are and where you came from. Sara picked up his love for art and is continuing to create today. Aud was a tree trimmer and roof worker. He enjoyed camping, fishing, socializing, and music. He played several instruments including harmonica, drums, and several other instruments.
Aud is survived the mother of his children, Danita Jo "Babe"; children: Summer Mullins of OKC, Lara Mullins of OKC, Sara and husband Jason Jr. Fixico, Crystal Krows Lake, Ami Krows Machac; grandchildren: Victoria, Miguel, Vicente, Valerie, Vanesa, Marcelino, Moises, Patrick, Courtney, Christopher, Emilio, Faith, Javan, Eli, Skyla, Jason III, Michael, Kaleb, Haley, Jeremy Jr.; brothers, George Mullins, Justin Regan; and sisters, Loretta Dougherty, Clydann Mullins, Ruby Dempsey, Rose (Mullins) Harris.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Sammy Williams, Patrick Mullins.
