Although there is no public viewing planned, a Celebration of Bebe’s Life is scheduled for Wednesday, January 19, at 1:00 P.M. at New Hope Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Randy Southerland. Live streaming of the service will be available at newhopeduncan.com/livestream. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.

Bebe graduated from Velma High School with the Class of 1974. Over the next few years, she was employed at numerous places including Halliburton in Duncan, at the City of Claremore (OK) Utility Department, at Koch Industries Legal Department in Wichita, Kansas, and at ASCS in Duncan. She married the love of her life on December 19, 1987 in Duncan. After her marriage, she supported Brad and assisted him at his accounting practices and other business endeavors. She enjoyed attending OSU football and basketball games. Bebe also enjoyed the time she spent at Grand Lake with Brad, her sister Gaylin, and her nephew Drew, his wife Heather, and their daughters, Natalie and Stella.

She loved spending time with her family, especially all of her nieces and nephews and their families. She was known as “Aunt Bebe” and would support and celebrate special occasions frequently. Bebe also loved attending sorority functions and other gatherings with her friends.

Preceded in death by her mother, Jean Eason; and her parents-in-law, Dan and Raylene Shepherd, Bebe is survived by her husband of 34 years, Brad; father, Kenneth Eason (Velma); sister, Gaylin Langhofer (Wichita, KS); brothers, Dwayne Eason (Davis) and Kenny Don Eason (Velma); brother-in-law, Greg (Duncan); and sister-in-law, Danette Shepherd (Desert Hot Springs, CA). She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
