Beverly Ann Wright

Beverly Ann Wright passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025, in Duncan, Oklahoma. She was 76 years old.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Monday, November 10, in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. There is no formal visitation planned.

Beverly was born in Hobart, OK, on February 1, 1949, to Dick and Thelma (Roberts) Davenport, and in the late 1960s, she received her beauty operator license.

In 1969, she met Danny Wright while he was home on leave from the Army and they were married in 1970 when he returned from Vietnam. On January 24, 2025, they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Darlene McKenzie.

Survivors include her husband Danny of the home; son, Elvis of Duncan; brother, Kenneth Davenport of Duncan; grandchildren: Michael Wright of Okmulgee, OK, Breana Wright (Juan McCaig) and their newborn son, Kai McCaig, all of Duncan; and 4 nephews.
