Bynum Mullins Obituary
Bynum Lee Mullins, 34, was born April 9, 1985, in Denison, TX to Monny Lee and Stephanie Ann Mullins. He passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019, in Duncan.
Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, July 16, at 11:00 AM at Chisholm Trail Church of Christ in Duncan Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
Bynum attended Durant High School, graduating in 2003. After high school he attended Oklahoma State University. Bynum was employed as mechanical assembler for Halliburton.
Twenty years ago Bynum and Tegan met and six years later in November 2006 they married – a union of best friends who followed their hearts.
Bynum’s greatest love was his wife, nieces, nephews and family. An outdoor enthusiast, Bynum loved the thrill of anything that took place in the open air including ATVs, off road vehicles, and RC cars. Some of his happiest days were spent with Tegan and their two Dobermans, Juno and Charlie, and family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Misty Hall, his grandfather Bill Mullins, his grandmother Joy Mullins, and grandfather Richard Gopffarth.
Bynum is survived by his wife, Tegan; parents, Monny and Stephanie Mullins of Durant, OK; a sister, Katie Freeman of Howe, TX; in-laws, David and Brenda Brisco of Duncan, OK; sister-in-laws, Sherah Davis of Duncan, OK and Damaris Brisco of San Anselmo, CA; and many nieces and nephews.
