Casey Lee Gordon was born in Sulphur, Oklahoma on March 2, 1975, to Jesse Lee and Okson Gordon. He passed on Monday, August 14, at his home in Marlow at the age of 48.
A graveside funeral service is planned for Saturday, August 26, at 11:00 A.M. at the Fairlawn Cemetery Pavilion in Comanche, Oklahoma with Sam Buzzard, pastor of Central High Baptist Church officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Bryan Wagner, Salomon Perales, Justin Horning, Tony Patton, James McMonagle, and Alex Rodgers. Honorary pallbearers are all his minitruckin' friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Casey's first love was spending every moment with his kids and family; second was his minitruckin' friends. He absolutely loved customizing any and every car, truck or motorcycle he owned. He always had to make everything his own. His knowledge of mechanics and customization was out of this world. He also loved camping, snorkeling, floating the river, swimming, going to Sulphur, and anything that meant spending time with family or friends. His "all time never miss" car/truck show was Sparks in the Ozarks in Noel, Missouri because it was more of a friend reunion than a show. He was never about how many trophies he could win; it was about the time with friends and seeing the progression of everyone's projects. He was well known in the custom car/truck club community and was always willing to give advice and help out any way he could if that meant it would make someone's ride better.
He was a man of few words but what was said was cherished by his family and friends. He always loved to dress to the 10's matching from head to toe and always supported his kids at every sporting event.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Edna and Jesse Anderson-Gordon; aunt, Barbara Ann Gordon; twin brothers; and many other friends.
Casey is survived by his wife, Jamie; children: Jesse Lee (13), Casey Lee Jr. (11), Sonnie Lynne (6), Ricky (RJ) Jean (4); sisters: Lisa Gayle Gordon-Lovett of Duncan, Megen Rene Gonzales and husband Adam of San Diego, California; nephew, Dimitri Cole Lovett; nieces: Makalah Elizabeth Jaylee Lovett, Lillian (Lilly) Rene Stanley-Gonzales; aunts: Dorothy Gordon and Mary Craft; uncle, John Gordon; and lots of cousins and friends that are like family.
