Charles Otis Noland III, 33, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Sunday, December 14, 2025. He was born on August 6, 1992, in St. Joseph, Missouri, to Charles Otis Jr. and Lisa Kay (Whitlock) Noland. He grew up with a deep love for family and a spirit that was uniquely his own.
