Christopher Todd Nichols was born on May 18, 1969, in Compton, California to Karen (Humbles) Kady. He passed away unexpectedly at his home in Duncan, Oklahoma on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the age of 55.

Chris worked as a tow truck driver throughout his life including for Tri-County Tow Truck for 5 years. In his free time, he enjoyed flying paramotors and working on and riding motorcycles. On July 7, 2007, in Palm Springs, California, Chris married the love of his life, Shannon Marie. He loved his wife and enjoyed spending time together along with their dog and chicken, Bird, who went everywhere with him.
Preceded in death by his mother, Karen, and grandmother, Mary, Chris is survived by his wife, Shannon; children: Nichol Nichols, Maxine Armstong, Emily Nichols, Joelle Dukes, Jordyn DeMonte, Jaycee Woolem; and grandchildren: Elija, Maddi, Olivia, Liam, Lilly, Lincoln, and Emery. Other survivors include his brother, Jason Kady, and sister, Bobbi Horton.
