Chuck McCall Obituary
Charles Dewayne “Chuck” McCall was born September 9, 1957, in Duncan, to William Robin “Bob” and Lizzie Bell (Wright) McCall. He passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019, at his home in the Bray area. He was 61.
Viewing will begin Wednesday, May 15, with no family visitation scheduled. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, May 16, at 2:00 P.M. in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with Ron Stough, minister of Eastside Church of Christ, officiating. Interment will follow at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery under the direction of Whitt Funeral Home. Military honors will be presented by the Stephens County Honor Guard.
Chuck graduated from Duncan High School. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1975 to 1977. He married Denise Bishop in Lawton on August 28, 1989. She preceded him in death in 2013.
He enjoyed going fishing and watching wrestling. He was an avid OU football fan. Chuck loved dogs, especially his own Dizzy. He loved his family dearly. He worked as a scale operator for CNR Trucking.
Chuck is survived by his daughter, Jessica and husband Scott Patrick of Moore; grandchildren, Emily, Cadyn, and Abryann; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Gayla McCall of Fort Worth, Keith and Belinda McCall of Cleburn, Texas, and Danny McCall of Oklahoma City; sisters and brothers-in-law, Alice and Vernon Wright of Duncan, Janet and Joe Hale of Owasso, OK, Mary and Denny Presgrove of Duncan, and Cathy and Kelly Youngblood of Cypress, Texas; and his beloved dog, Dizzy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Lizzie McCall; and brother, Brent McCall.
Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Stafford, Travis Stafford, Robert Kelly Jr., J.T. Lewis, Jimmy Davis, and Colton West.
