Cynthia Kay Carter-Baldwin was born June 27, 1960 in Dumas, Texas to Woodrow and Nola Carter. She passed away unexpectedly on January 8, 2022 at her home in Duncan, Oklahoma at the age of 61.

Cynthia had been employed as an over-the-road truck driver. She also worked in logistics for many years. She married Ronald F. Baldwin on July 4, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She had a very robust personality. She enjoyed gardening and watching "Dateline" on television. She was extremely artistic and creative; she enjoyed doing crafts, making jewelry, knitting and sewing. She loved nature and being outside. Cynthia was very spiritual and gifted.
Preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Calvin, Lewis Wayne; and one step-brother, Cynthia is survived by her husband, Ronald; step-daughter, Sarah Baldwin-Rodriguez of Port St. Lucie, Florida; two grandchildren: Joshua Silva of New Bedford, Massachusetts, Ashley Silva of Port St. Lucie, Florida; two great grandchildren: Jake Silva, Timothy Davis; brother, John; and nieces: Ellen Stoune of Rock Hill, SC, Crystal Carter-Trolinder of Canyon,TX. She is also survived by her pet children: eight parrots: Tink, Paco, Bonnie, Beau, Charlie, Irving, Apple, and Lily; and two cats: Trouble and Louise.
