Debbra Elaine Telfer, of Duncan, Oklahoma, was born May 26, 1965 in Grand Prairie, Texas to William Bump and Elaine (Branch) Johns. She passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, with her family at her side.
There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
Debbra was employed as a Duncan High School custodian. She loved driving big trucks and had been a truck driver for 8 years. She loved her dogs and was also a people person. She loved her family especially her grandchildren.
She married Michael David Telfer on December 25, 2022. They loved to ride motorcycles together.
Debbra is survived by her husband, Michael; father, William Bump; mother, Elaine Johns; four children: David and wife Megan Merkey of Rocky, Oklahoma, William Merkey of Bethany, Oklahoma, Michael and wife Casey Firth of Laverne, Oklahoma, Casey and husband Brett Morgeson of Velma; and eight grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Teresa Bump of Weatherford, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Jerry Bump and Billy Bump.
