Deborah Christine (Bowles) Gray

Deborah Christine Gray passed away on August 24, 2018, at the age of 59 at her home in Duncan. She was born on February 22, 1959, in Comanche. Her parents were Clifford and Mabel Bowles.
There will be no viewing/visitation at the funeral home. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, September 1, at 1:30 P.M. in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with Monty Morris officiating. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Debbie graduated from Comanche High School and attended Draughon’s Business College in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was employed by Halliburton in the Travel and Accounts Payable Departments for a number of years. In 2001, she went to work for American Express.
She collected travel-related items, such as postcards and pictures. She enjoyed shopping at garage and estate sales. She was an avid OKC Thunder fan. She served as a member of the Soccer Booster Club at Duncan High School. She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church. Debbie loved her sons dearly.
Debbie is survived by her sons, Tanner and wife Kalli Gray and Tyler Gray; brothers, Bobby and wife Dorothy Bowles and Lynn and Carol Bowles; and nephews, Robbie and wife Krista Bowles, Austin Bowles, and Monty and wife Jeannine Morris; and niece, DeLana and David Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Bush and Iva Bowles and Luther and Mattie Allen; sister, Pat Morris; and parents-in-law, Jess and Bonnie Gray.
Memorial contributions can be made in Debbie’s name to Stephens County Humane Society.
