Was born November 10, 1940 in Apache, OK to Charles Willis and Ruby Jewel (Loury) Livingston. She passed away in her home on Friday, March 12th.
Donna owned and operated the City Café in Apache until she retired in 1992. She was known for being the "best pie maker". She enjoyed crocheting. She also loved to shop for antiques, and was good at finding great bargains. Donna was a member of the First Baptist Church of Apache.

Services will be held on Tuesday, March 16th at 2:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church of Apache with Brother Les Claborn officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery under the direction of Crews Funeral Home.
