Dorothy Pauline Boice was born January 6, 1927 in Countyline, Oklahoma to Alonzo "Jack" and Laura Alice (Dale) Olds. She went to her heavenly home on Friday, April 4, 2025 at the age of 98.

Visitation is planned for Monday, April 14, at Whitt Funeral Home from 5:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. Funeral service is scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 15 in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Covington officiating. A live stream of her service will be available by visiting her obituary page at www.whittfh.com. Interment will follow in the Duncan Municipal Cemetery with Billy Boice II, Robert Boice, Elbert Boice, Shayne Khanlou, Rustin Reynolds, Dustin Boice, and James Price Perkins serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Rev. Richard Beckham, Dr. John Rector, and Nick Khanlou.

Dorothy married the love of her life, Raymond Boice, on November 2, 1941 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Together they raised two children, Rev. Billy Raymond and Patricia "Patty". Dorothy was a keen businesswoman who along with her husband owned a carpet store, Clint Carpets, for 32 years as well as managed rent houses. At the age of 62, she graduated with an associate's degree in education from Baptist College. Dorothy was active in her community as well as a member of Pilgrim Nazarene Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Raymond; her children: Rev. Billy Raymond Boice and Patricia "Patty" Perkins; and 2 grandchildren: Cheyenne Boice and Trisha Bishop.

Survivors include grandchildren: Billy Boice II, Rebecca Boice, Robert Boice and Kathy Rosser, Elbert Boice, Tammy Butler, James Price Perkins; great-grandchildren: Shayne Khanlou, Shaida Khanlou, Rustin Reynolds, Dustin Boice, MeKailyn Boice, Daniel Perkins and Desirea Careathers; great-great grandchildren: Laka Carson, Rockford York, Rustin Reynolds Jr., Bradon Careathers, Daxton Careathers, and Caysin Perkins; and great-great-great grandson, Robert Kent.
