Dorothy Mae Knapp Peddycoart, of Comanche, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022, with her family by her side. She was born on February 22, 1976 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Barney Ray Peddycoart and Sheila Kay (Sullivan) Slay.
Dorothy attended Marlow High School. She loved to do metal detecting, collecting rocks, beanie babies, cats, antiques, and going to yard sales. She loved animals. She attended Freedom Biker Church. She was a loving and caring mother to her two children.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
Dorothy is Survived by her children: Jennifer K’Lyn Peddycoart of Ponca City and Casey Don Knapp of Duncan; father: Barney Ray Peddycoart; mother: Sheila Kay Slay; and brother: Michael Starr and wife Laurieann.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
