Edward Lee Hamula was born October 19, 1958 in Munich, Germany to Frank and Beatrice Vondell (Silk) Hamula. He passed from his earthly life on Saturday, June 12, 2021 with his wife by his side at his home in Duncan. He was 62.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 26, at 1:00 P.M. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Alexander Smith officiating. Live streaming will be available at https://zoom.us/j/95704774341

Edward graduated from Eisenhower High School in Lawton. He married Patricia Ann Mangrum on March 6, 1981 in Duncan. His grandchildren were the light of his life. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was extremely faithful and held true to the Word. He loved reading the Bible.
He was employed as a machinist at Halliburton. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and shooting.
Preceded in death by his father, Frank Hamula, Edward is survived by his wife, Patricia; children: Joseph Mangrum of Oklahoma City; Frank Hamula of Oklahoma City; and Julie (Robert) Creamer of Duncan; grandchildren: Joseph Mangrum of Oklahoma City; Fiona Mangrum of Oklahoma City; Dylan Bewley of Duncan; and Christopher Bewley of Duncan; mother, Beatrice Hamula; sister, Barbara (Larry) Bralley of Madill; brothers: Frank (Priscilla) Hamula of Wannett, Oklahoma; Clifford Hamula of Amarillo, Texas; William (Joy) Hamula of Norman; Burt Hamula of Meade, Oklahoma; and John (Toni) Hamula of Amarillo; aunt, Clare Silk of Pennsylvania; and uncle, David (Patt) Silk of New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society. The family requests that floral memorials be delivered to the church on Saturday, June 26.
