Private Evert Lee Blalock, U.S. Army (Ret), 77, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed away May 2, 2026. He was born in Hastings, Oklahoma on February 11, 1949 to Clifford and Martha Blalock. He will be remembered for his giving nature, love of collecting, and child-like spirit.
He is survived by his brother, Clifford Jr. of Duncan, OK, nephews and nieces, and too many chosen family to name.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, May 8, at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Interment will follow in Diamond Cemetery in Corum, Oklahoma with Terry Jackson, Skyler Reigel, Willie Stovall, Jace Dillard, Devyn Heath and Dylan Heath serving as pallbearers. Arrangements are being handled by Whitt Funeral Home.
