Geraldine is survived by her children: Cheryl Lynn McLen and husband Rusty of Palestine, TX, William Odus Peeples Jr. and wife Virginia of Lawton, Charles Melvel Peeples of New Town, ND; 8 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers: Jesse Boyer and wife Carolyn of Comanche, Gwin Boyer and wife Vickie of Azle, TX; sisters: Melba Amerson and husband Thurmon of Comanche, Hattie Brown and husband Robert of Edmond; brother-in-law, Bobby Brake of Duncan; sister-in-law, Shirley Boyer of Duncan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Geraldine's family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at Wilkins Nursing Home for the compassionate care she was given while she was entrusted in their care. A special note of gratitude to her wonderful roommate, Patricia "Trish" Cummins who always looked out for Geraldine when the family was not able to be there.
