Hayward "Butch" Lynn Roberson

Hayward "Butch" Lynn Roberson was born on December 18, 1948 in Farmerville, Louisiana to Earl Roberson and Ina Mae (Hudson) Sawyer. He completed his earthly journey on Thursday, January 30, 2025, in Duncan, Oklahoma. He was 78.

Butch graduated from Farmerville High School. Following graduation he made a career of selling auto parts, a profession he retired from after 30-plus years. After raising three sons in Minden, Louisiana, he moved to Oklahoma in 2020. He loved hunting squirrels and bass and crappie fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Barbara Ann Brantley; and brother, Gary Earl Roberson. Butch is survived by his three sons: Mark Roberson, Matthew and Cynthia Roberson, Mike and Megan Roberson; and five grandchildren: Peyton Roberson, Anna Grace Roberson, Andrew Roberson, Ethan Roberson, and Rachel Roberson.
