Jasmin Sigrun Eva Cochran, of Marlow, Oklahoma, was born in Aschaffenburg, Germany on January 28, 1979 to Lawrence and Roswitha Maria (Suckfull) Butkiewicz. She passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, with her husband at her side. She was 46.

The family will greet visitors on Sunday, February 16, from 2:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. at Whitt Funeral Home. A graveside service is planned for Monday, February 17, at 11:00 A.M. at Fort Sill National Cemetery in Elgin with Rev. Randy Southerland, pastor of New Hope Baptist Church West of Duncan, officiating. Serving as pallbearers are William Cochran Jr., Johnathan Rodriguez, Donnie Harper, Jimmy Poston, Maxwell Cochran, and Steve White. Services are under the direction of Whitt Funeral Home.

Jasmin worked as a vet technician at a veterinary hospital and loved to raise animals. She enjoyed crafting, cooking and baking. She loved spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her selflessness.

She married William Travis Cochran Jr. on March 29, 2018 in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Preceded in death by her parents, Jasmin is survived by her husband, William; children: Tabetha Lynn Rodriguez and husband Johnathan of Yukon, Tiffany Leann Cochran of Sumter, South Carolina, Nicole Marie Cochran of Clinton, Madison Grace Cochran of Marlow; and granddaughter, Olivia Gullam of South Carolina. She is also survived by her brother, Thomas Bleistein of Germany; and sister, Sonja Lewis of Lawton.
