Jaylah Elaine Taylor Obituary

Jaylah Elaine Taylor, born November 12, 2019, in Duncan, Oklahoma, to James Ryan Taylor and Jordan Leigh (Hawkins) Taylor, went to be with Jesus on December 23, 2025, at the tender age of 6. Though her time on earth was far too short, Jaylah filled every moment with color, laughter, and a fearless joy that touched everyone who knew her.

Jaylah was a beautiful blend of sparkle and grit—a girly girl and a tomboy all at once. She loved her dresses, makeup, and all things pretty, yet she never hesitated to jump into the mud, run full speed into adventure, or take on anything that looked even a little daring. Big slides, rollercoasters, and anything that made her heart race were her favorites. She lived boldly, loudly, and with a contagious energy.

She played soccer and enjoyed gymnastics, always moving, always ready for the next fun thing. An early bird by nature, Jaylah loved swimming, splashing in the rain, and spending time at the lake house. She adored her brother, Jax, and enjoyed playing with his toys, playing Roblox, and wrestling with him.

Jaylah had a tender heart for animals and wanted to pet every creature she came across, no matter how big or small. She loved teasing her dad and making her family laugh, whether by sneaking up to scare them or dancing her heart out in the living room. She gave the best hugs, especially to Mom and Dad, and she never missed a chance to tell her mom how beautiful she looked when she dressed up.

Above all, Jaylah was caring, affectionate, and full of love and her bright spirit, fearless heart, and joyful laughter will forever remain in the memories of those who love her.

Jaylah is survived by her father, Ryan Taylor and Deanna Blasingame; mother, Jordan Taylor and fiancé, Alex Stubblefield; siblings: Jax Taylor and Aubrey Blasingame; grandparents: Frankie and Sharon Hawkins, Chris and Teri Patterson, James and Dawn Taylor, Drew and Phyllis Stubblefield; great-grandparents: Jessie Tinney, Wanda and Robert Rasberry, and Sharon Ballard.
