Jessica Gleghorn Obituary
Jessica Lee Gleghorn was born in Duncan, Oklahoma on September 7, 1989, to Stephen and April (Woods) Gleghorn. She finished her earthly journey and went to her heavenly home on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the age of 37.
After graduating from Comanche High School, Jessica went on to work as a caregiver in a nursing home. Her caring nature was evident in the work she chose, as she spent her career helping and caring for others.
In her free time, Jessica enjoyed arts and crafts, listening to music, and camping. Above all, she treasured spending time with her family and the people she loved. The memories made during those ordinary moments together will remain especially precious to those who knew her.
Faith was also an important part of Jessica's life. She was a member of Countryside Baptist Church, trusted in God, and found solace in reading her Bible each day. Though her life ended far too soon, her family finds comfort in this faith and in the many memories they were blessed to share with her.
Jessica is survived by her children: Corbin Garibay, Jordan Jett, Jaxson Jett, and Bentlee Copeland. She is also survived by her parents; her brother, Ceejay Blackmon; her sisters: Stephanie Gleghorn, Kimberly Gleghorn, and Haley Gleghorn; paternal grandmother, Betty Gleghorn; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Linda Blackmon and Charles Blackmon and her paternal grandfather, Dennis Gleghorn.
A memorial service is planned for 1:00 P.M., Saturday, October 3, at Countryside Baptist Church, 286767 OK-53 in Comanche, Oklahoma. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
