Keith Cook Obituary

Keith Anthony Cook was born in Lawton, Oklahoma on November 22, 1981 to Mark Anthony Cook and Angela Dawn Swann. He passed away in Seattle, Washington on December 20, 2021 at the age of 40.

At this time no services are scheduled. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center in Duncan.

Keith graduated from Apache High School with the Class of 2000, where he was active in school. He worked in sales for many years as an advertising agent. He loved music; he and his band produced their own album. Keith took great pride in everything he did, including teaching adults to read. He was self motivated and would make decisions to improve his business on a whim. Keith was a family man that was very close with his grandmother, Viola. She even took him to a Marilyn Manson concert. In 2002, Keith left Apache to chase his dream of making it big in Rock and Roll in Seattle. Keith wrote and played his own music throughout his journey. He was also in the Oklahoma Hall of Fame.

Keith is survived by his parents: Angie Woods and husband Dearl of Apache; Mark Anthony "Tony" Cook and wife Anita of Fletcher; grandmother, Pat Valentino and husband Tony of Manitou, OK; sisters: Keira Cook and partner Kelly of Fletcher; Kyla Metzgar and husband Tommy of White House, TN; Crystal Wade and husband Michael of Cotton Town, TN; nephews: Nolen "Cook" Horner of White House, Atticus and Xander Metzgar of White House; Travis Mihecoby of Flectcher; girlfriend, Constance Blood of Seattle, WA; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Viola Vern Cook of Apache; grandfather, Keith Anthony Cook of Apache; grandfather, Don Swann of Tipton; sister, Summer Warren; and niece, Hazel Shae.
