Kenneth Wayne Jones was born October 23, 1955, in Anadarko, Oklahoma to Steven Bertram and Charlene Muriel (Aldridge) Jones. He passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2020, at his home in Cyril. He was 64 years old.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, at 3:00 P.M. in the Crews Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Crews Funeral Home of Apache.
Kenneth graduated from Cyril High School. He married Tanya Denise Dunlop on June 8, 1984. He worked as a long-haul transport driver for McMullen Trucking of La Vista, Nebraska for over thirty years. He loved watching movies and going fishing. He was a big Oklahoma University Sooners football fan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Tanya; father, Steven Bertram Jones; and step daughter, Talia Smith.
Kenneth is survived by his mother, Charlene Muriel Jones; son, Travis and wife Jennifer Jones of Newcastle; grandchildren: Stephanie Ellis, Shawn Jones, and Cody Jones; 1 great grandchild; and sister, Helen Dove of Elgin.
