Was born December 23, 1936 in Yale, OK to Walter Levi and Velma (Hankins) Lewis. He passed away June 6, 2018 in Lawton, OK at the age of 81.

Lee graduated from Yale High School in 1956. He went to work for Texaco. He married Camilla Lea Swingle on May 10, 1958 in Yale. She preceded him in death on April 3, 1992. They lived in Marietta, OK before moving to Apache in 1973. After working for Texaco in refining for 38 years, he retired as a production foreman in 1995. Lee kept active playing golf, fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed playing cards with his friends. He especially loved spending time with his family.

Graveside services will be held in Fairview Cemetery at Apache on Saturday, June 9th at 11:00 A.M. with his friend, Dewayne Wilcox, officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Crews Funeral Home.
