Linda Ann Nettle, born June 26, 1946, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Richard and Joyce (Wise) Nettle, finished her earthly journey on Thursday, March 5, 2026, in Lawton, Oklahoma, at the age of 79.
Linda devoted her life to her family, raising seven children with unwavering love, patience, and strength. As a homemaker, she created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and the kind of steady comfort that only a mother's presence can bring. She cherished every moment spent with her children and later with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the joy of her life.
In her free time, Linda enjoyed collecting antiques, finding beauty and history in the treasures she discovered. She also loved spending peaceful days fishing, embracing the quiet and simplicity of nature.
Linda will be remembered as a deeply loving and caring mother, grandmother, and friend.
Preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Lisa Farve, Linda is survived by her children: Keith Whatley, Corey Whatley, Lori Crane, Kenny Germain, Cynthia Germain, Kevin Whatley; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Nettle; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She is also survived by her faithful and loyal companion, her dog, Rascal.
