Linda Neomi Tullos, 78, of Duncan, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 21, 2025. She was born January 21, 1947, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Clifford and Mary (Paul) Burns.
A memorial service is planned for 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 30, in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Cremation arrangements are being handled by Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
Linda worked as a skilled seamstress, a craft she approached with patience and care. Away from her work, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life-curling up with a good book, relaxing with her favorite television shows, and playing video games.
Above all, Linda was a devoted mother. She raised three children whom she loved deeply, and that love was returned to her many times over. Her kindness, quiet strength, and steady presence made her a cherished part of their lives and the lives of all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Mary Burns; brothers; Clark and Tony; and sister, Darlene.
Survivors include her children: Don Hood Jr., Cindy Hood Aquila and husband Bert, Clifford Hood; grandchildren: Michael, Devon, Kimberly, Cody; great-grandchildren: Wyatt, Avianna, Olivia, Nora; and sisters: Polly, Charlotte, and Shirley.
