Lucy Morales Obituary
Lucy Petra Morales, of Lawton, Oklahoma, was born February 22, 1947 in Los Angeles, California to Encarnacion and Rosario Velasquez. She passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, with her family by her side at her home in Lawton.
She graduated from Garfield High School in Los Angeles. She married Daniel Morales Sr. on November 4, 1967 in Los Angeles. She attended the Catholic Church. She loved to decorate Easter baskets. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Lucy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Lucy is survived by her husband of 57 years, Daniel; son, Daniel Morales Jr. and wife Frankie; daughter, Susan Michelle Morales; five grandchildren: Lauren, Andrew, Audrey, Anthony, and Blakley; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers: Marty, Daniel, Mike, Cruz, and two sisters: Virgie and Espy.
Services will be held at a later date in California. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center of Duncan.
