Obituary

Margaret "Maggie' Ann Christensen was born September 16, 1948 to Elwood J. and Freda (Miller) Kleckler. She passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022, with family by her side.

There are no services scheduled at this time. The family will announce a service at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.

Maggie graduated from high school in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was employed as a sales clerk in a lumber yard. She lived in the states of Washington and Florida, then settled in Las Vegas, Nevada where she met her husband James (Jim) Christensen. They remained there until his death in 2004. She then relocated to Duncan, Oklahoma to be with her sister, Kathy. Maggie was a sales clerk most of her life until she retired in 2015.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Kathy Main, Maggie is survived by her two sons, Scott Hammond of Washington, Barry Hammond of Ohio; grandson, Scott Hammond of Washington; brother-in-law, Danny Main; niece, Stacy Keihn; nephew, Tim Main; and special great nieces and nephews: Bryson Keihn, Devon Sprivey, Blakeley, Rylee, and Parker Keihn, all of Duncan.
