Mark Stephen Anderson was born on July 16, 1957, to Larry Franklin and Marion Ann (Smith) Anderson. He passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018, at his home in Grand Prairie, Texas, at the age of 61.

Mark attended South Grand Prairie High School. He was employed as a drilling rig hand. He had been employed by W.T. Robinson & Son Tucking Company, Jones Drilling, Cliff Drilling, Thomas Drilling, and Bronco Drilling. He married Evie Copeland on August 22, 1975, in Wichita Falls.
Mark's hobbies included doing Indian beadwork and fishing. He loved to fish!
Mark is survived by his wife of 43 years, Evie; 3 children, Mickey Anderson, Melanie Anderson, and Shane Taylor; mother, Marion Anderson; 1 grandchild, Malorie and her husband Tootsie, Anderson; 3 great grandchildren, Makenzie (Baby Mak), Macie (Chubbs), and Gibson (Buck); 1 brother, Paul Anderson; and 1 sister, Patty Sessions.
He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Anderson, and brother, Glenn Anderson.
