Maurise "Dale" Biffle, 85, of Duncan, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, July 18, 2026. He was born on March 5, 1941, in Duncan to John and Edith (Ridgell) Biffle.
Dale attended Velma Schools and dedicated his life to agriculture, spending many years hauling cattle and hay. He was a hardworking man whose unwavering work ethic and quiet determination earned the respect of everyone who knew him. No matter how busy he was, Dale was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
On September 3, 1960, Dale married the love of his life, Shirley Woodrome. Together they built a beautiful life centered on faith, family, and hard work, and were blessed with their daughter, Kim. They shared 39 wonderful years of marriage before Shirley's passing in 1999, a love that remained with him throughout his life.
When he wasn't working, Dale enjoyed water skiing and cherished every moment spent with his family, who were the greatest blessing of his life. He especially loved helping his grandchildren work on race cars and took immense pride in cheering on his great granddaughters at their sporting events. Whether in the shop, on the sidelines, or simply gathered together, those moments meant the world to him.
