Noah Carter Jones was born January 9, 1998 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Jeremy Jones and Misty Carter. He passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023, in Oklahoma City at the age of 25.
He attended Duncan Public Schools. He was employed at Family Dollar Distribution Center as a stocker/packer. He enjoyed watching sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and OU Sooners. He loved woodworking. Noah loved working in the garden with his papa who was his best friend. He also loved helping his family.
Noah is survived by his sisters: Tabitha Majors and husband Koby Williams of Empire, Mallory Majors of Tulsa; grandfather Ricky Jones; grandmother Tamarah Sizemore; great grandmother Shirley Jones; aunts and uncles: Jacob and Melanie Jones, Josh and Laura Jones, Travis Tucker, Jana Carter; great aunts: Naomi Grigg, Mary Jones-Everley, Tammy Morrow-Hill, Traleesa Kerry; niece Laney Williams; nephew Jonah Ervin; cousins Ethan, Zoe, Harley, Chason, Avery, Jacobie, Landon, Will; and numerous other family members.
He was preceded in death by his mother Misty Carter; father Jeremy Jones; grandparents: Silas and Kathy Carter; great grandparents: Gean Jones, Jessie Sizemore Jr., and Essie Ramsey; uncle, Jessie Tucker; and great uncles: Cary Jones, Jessie Lynn Sizemore.
A Celebration of Life will be Friday, November 3, at 2:00 P.M. at Faith Church with Pastor David Morrow officiating. Inurnment will be at Duncan Municipal Cemetery immediately following the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
