Gayle Anderson, 83, of Duncan, Oklahoma, entered her eternal home with the Lord on July 21, 2025. She was born on April 20, 1942, to Harold Raymond Conrad and Mary Ruth Harwood.

In 1960, Gayle married the love of her life, Carl Dale Anderson. They shared a beautiful marriage of 65 years, built on love, faith, and devotion to one another.

Gayle was a faithful follower of Christ who loved the Lord deeply. She was an active member of her church, joyfully serving in hospitality, caring for children in the nursery, and lifting her voice in the choir. Her life reflected her strong faith and her heart for serving others.

Gayle worked for 26 years in the shoe department at Anthony's, later Stage Department Store, where she helped countless people find just the right pair of shoes. She was known for her kindness, patience, and willingness to help anyone who walked through the door.

In her younger years, Gayle loved spending time at the lake water skiing, and throughout her life, she enjoyed reading countless books, sewing, and cheering for her favorite basketball teams. She was especially thrilled to celebrate the OKC Thunder's recent NBA Championship victory!

Above all, Gayle loved her family. She adored children and cherished every moment with her loved ones. She and Dale were blessed with three daughters: Angela Gayle Richardson, Marsha Kay Majewski (Michael), and Debra Lynn Tillery (deceased).

Gayle is survived by her loving husband, Dale; her daughters Angela and Marsha (and husband Michael Majewski); six grandchildren: Jared Bregenzer (Larissa), Laura Richardson (partner Michael Manning), Michael Richardson, Victoria Ackerknecht (Thomas), Andrew Majewski (Abigail), and Daniel Majewski; and two great-grandchildren, Anderson Manning and Raegan Majewski. She also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who loved her greatly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mary Ruth Conrad; her siblings, Donald Conrad (wife Sue), Troy Conrad (wife Darlene), and Mary Beth Culver (husband Bill); and her beloved daughter, Debra Lynn Tillery.

Gayle will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her servant's heart, and the love she poured into her family and friends. She was the very best daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend.

A memorial service is planned for 2:00 P.M., Sunday, July 27, at Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Duncan, Oklahoma.
