Richard Andrew Vescio was born January 4, 1986 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to David and Tina Ann (Whitworth) Vescio. He passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021, in Duncan at the age of 35.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 11, at 6:00 P.M. at Freedom Biker Church with Pastor Billy Morgan officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
Richard graduated from Freedom Schools in Florida. He had been employed as a chef for many local restaurants including Boomerang, Golden Corral, Jimmy’s Egg, and Wishbone. He loved to cook and, along with his daughter, had a Youtube cooking show. He enjoyed attending social events and concerts and playing Final Fantasy VII and other video games. He also enjoyed knife and axe throwing. He listened to the Joe Rogan podcast. He loved to play with his children.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tina; sisters, Rachael Vescio and Rebecca Vescio; grandfather, Holt Whitworth; and aunt, Tana Sinagra.
Richard is survived by his father, David Vescio; children: Annabella Vescio and Riot Vescio; brothers: David Vescio, Robert Vescio (Kathy Isaac) of Duncan, and Dillon Vescio; sister, Christina Brook; grandmother, Irene Whitworth and Bob; aunt, Karen Castellanos; and uncles: Bob (Kay) Hall and Frank (Susie) Hall.
