Ricky Dale Trent

Ricky Dale Trent was born April 20, 1960 in Duncan, Oklahoma. He completed his earthly journey on July 13, 2021. He was 61.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 18, from 2:00-4:00 P.M. at Whitt Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, July 19, at 10:00 A.M. at First Presbyterian Church with Mark Henslee officiating. Interment will follow in Duncan Municipal Cemetery under the direction of Whitt Funeral Home.

Rick was a 1978 graduate of Duncan High School. He also attended the University of Oklahoma and Cameron University. Rick was the owner of RDT Land Services, LLC and was a partner with his son, RJ, in Trent Oil Properties, LLC.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret Steigleder Trent; his grandparents, R.L.A. and Nellie Steigleder, and his aunt, Elizabeth Steigleder.

Rick is survived by his son, Ricky D. "RJ" Trent, Jr. of Lawton and his sisters, Peggy Trent Hollars of Warner Robins, GA and Nellie Trent Mercer of Norman.
