Robert Shane Tucker was born January 26, 1957 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Chester F. and Mary Lou (Loftis) Tucker. He passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at his home in Marlow at the age of 66.
A memorial service is planned for Wednesday, October 11, at 11:00 A.M. at Whitt Funeral Home with Ronnie Orf officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Robert graduated from Marlow High School with the Class of 1975. He was self-employed in the maintenance field. He loved playing his mandolin, guitar, and fiddle at Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church where he attended. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. He took care of his family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary, and sister, Cindy Felty. Robert is survived by his father, Chester; and four brothers: Brandon Tucker of Marlow, Dwane and wife Rhonda Tucker of Bray, Greg Tucker of Duncan, and Kevin and wife Christy Tucker of Marlow.
