Roxanne Miller was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 29, 1968, to Charles and Alice (Beckwith) Bowser. She passed away at her home in Duncan on Monday, October 2, at the age of 55.
Throughout her life she worked in nursing homes as a Certified Nurse Aide. She enjoyed going to the casino and loving on her dogs. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Roxanne was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Preceded in death by her parents, Roxanne is survived by her first husband and father of her children, Robert Snell of Pennsylvania; former husband Kevin Miller and wife Brenda; children: Sonya Snell of Duncan and Robert John Snell Jr. of Pennsylvania; grandchildren: Tony Shane Dyer, Harley Dyer, and Hanna Dyer all of Velma; and sister, Rosie Ramsey of Pennsylvania.
