Sandra Lue Mejia was born November 9, 1954, in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Columbus Elmer and Louella Ernestine (Lansdell) Garrett. She passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020, at her home near Comanche at the age of 65.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center of Duncan.
Sandra worked as a certified nursing assistant at a local nursing home. She enjoyed being outdoors and camping. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Columbus and Louella Garrett; two brothers, Henry Garrett and Gary Garrett; and Anthony Bechtel.
Sandra is survived by her husband Jose Jesus Mejia; children: Victor Rosillo of Hot Springs; Erica Morgan and Stacy of Hot Springs; Vanessa Carver and Joe; Eric Tedford of Comanche; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many great great grandchildren; and special friend and caregiver, Frankie Anderson.
