Sarah Beth Sutherland

Sarah "Beth" Sutherland was born February 2, 1956, in Parkersburg, WV to William L. Morrison and Betty L. Franklin (Smith). She joined our Heavenly Father on April 14, 2023 at the age of 67. She was raised in Parkersburg, WV and also lived in Arizona, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas and Oklahoma. She graduated from Fort Frye High School in Beverly, Ohio. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Sarah loved spending time with her family! She especially loved and looked forward to the numerous family vacations that we enjoyed together. Cruises, cabins, hotels, RV across country, we have done them all and then some. When at home, she enjoyed sewing and quilting with all her dear sewing buddies. She was a member of Rhema Bible Church in Broken Arrow, OK.

She is survived by her husband of almost 49 years, Jack Edward Sutherland; daughter, Christa Ann Sutherland of Tyler, TX; son, Brian Edward Sutherland and wife, Jenny of Duncan, OK; 7 grandchildren: Sarah Sutherland and husband Tanner Franklin, Emily Sutherland, Kaylee Harrison, Jaden Carpenter, Makala Carpenter and Miley Shipman; and one great grandson, Bodhi Jack Franklin.

A service will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. at Whitt Funeral Home. Donations can be sent in her name to Rhema Bible Training College, Broken Arrow OK.
